Common questions
Individual sessions are $100 to $160 for 50 minutes depending on your therapist, and couples sessions are $120 to $170. A sliding scale is available with our student intern, Brittany. We'll confirm the fee in your free initial consultation. Receipts are provided for extended health insurance; check with your provider about coverage for Registered Psychotherapists.
Sessions typically last around 50 minutes and are often scheduled weekly — the frequency adjusts to your needs and goals. Some concerns resolve in a few sessions; others benefit from longer-term work.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based approach that uses guided eye movements to help the brain reprocess painful memories. The goal isn't to erase a memory, but to reduce its emotional intensity so it no longer disrupts your daily life.
Yes. Everything shared in session is protected, and therapists are bound by professional ethics to keep your information private. Your therapist will walk you through the details in your first session.
