Teen & Adolescent

A space of their own for young people navigating school, identity, family expectations and everything in between.

Does this sound familiar?

Mood swings, low self-esteem or sudden changes in behaviour. Academic pressure, social-media stress, conflicts with peers and family — or anxiety, depression and questions of identity.

How we help

We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help teens manage mood swings, build self-esteem, and navigate academic, social and family pressures. By fostering resilience and self-awareness, we empower teens to address anxiety and depression while strengthening their relationships.
