Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions we can experience. Therapy helps you rediscover the motivation, perspective and joy you once had in your life.

Does this sound familiar?
Persistent feelings of sadness or emptiness, loss of interest in once-enjoyable activities, constant tiredness with changes in sleep and appetite — or constant worry, restlessness, and physical symptoms such as a racing heart or sweating. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.
How we help
Through counselling and evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT and mindfulness, we work with you to understand what's driving the low mood or worry, build practical coping strategies, and reconnect with the things that matter to you.
